"What's your profile?"

Profiles are easy to administer. There are several to choose from on the market today. Several organizations have adopted a profiling philosophy and tools (whether they are off the shelf or customized) yet don't know "What To Do With The Results". As a result, the profiles are useless. There are dicissions to make to determine if you're looking to assess current behavior or inate character. I can help. My qualifications include development (if necessary), level of standards, implementation, evaluation, and recommendations on the results. (Keep in mind, behavior can be modified and character seldom changes)

Below are examples of the profiling system. These examples are simplified to show an obvious result. The actual profiles are much more defined and not easy to fake. All profiles (unless customized for your organization) are the sole property of Dr Sheila Kennedy. (Keep in mind, behavior can be modified and character seldom changes.)
