"What's your profile?"

Profiles are easy to administer and there are several on the market today. Several organizations have adopted a profiling philosophy and tools (whether they are off the shelf or customized) yet don't know "what to do with the results" and the profiles are useless. My qualifications include develop (if necessary), create standards, implement, evaluate, and make successful recommendations on the results. (Keep in mind, behavior can be modified and character seldom changes)

Below are examples of the profiling system. These examples are simplified to show an obvious result. The actual profiles are much more defined and not easy to fake. All profiles (unless customized for your organization) are the sole property of Sheila Kennedy, Inc. (Keep in mind, behavior can be modified and character seldom changes)
