"What's your policy for growth?"

Proper documentation of the organization's policies and procedures is critical to the smooth operation of each company-wide function. Policies and procedures for interviewing, taking sick leave or paid time off, filing complaints, promotions to name a few. Lack of proper documentation of all policies and procedures will result in a misunderstanding with the organization's position on an issue. While there are many ways to accomplish one task and we all have our ACME way of getting the job done, it is important to arrive at a systematic outcome to benefit all concerned.

Developed, documented and implemented policies and procedures in addition to an employee handbook are essential. These two communication tools are in part a very important key to the smooth and successful growth of the organization.

Don't let the team figure it out for themselves the hard way if there is a desired process or procedure to follow.

I've had the opportunity of developing, documenting and implementing several Policy and Procedure manuals in addition to an employee handbook.

Samples are available, feel free to call or email for more detail. Mission, Vision and Value development assistance is also part of the process if needed. This is the organizations creation yet I would be happy to help facilitate to process.
